Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Lorain, Ohio. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to both marketing and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical skills and organizational abilities to support various projects and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain marketing materials to ensure they are current and relevant.

• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of marketing materials as needed.

• Accurately enter and manage orders using QuickBooks software.

• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, documentation, and communication tasks.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design and edit marketing content.

• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as Facebook Insights, to optimize digital marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement advertising and blogging initiatives.

• Support the preparation and management of budgets for marketing activities.

• Contribute to brand awareness efforts by maintaining consistency across all marketing channels. Requirements • Must hold at least an associate degree in business or have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator and InDesign), and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and social media metrics, including Facebook Insights.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales industries is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• All candidates are required to undergo screening processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
