Description We are seeking a Hospitality Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office, assisting with front desk duties, and providing hospitality services. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the configuration of audio/visual equipment for conference room setups

• Coordinate catering services, including keeping track of inventory and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and catering areas

• Assist with the front desk duties, including mail and repro

• Work collaboratively with a team of 12 to ensure smooth operations and a detail-oriented office culture

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, to handle inquiries and provide information

• Maintain a consistent schedule for setup and cleanup of conference rooms

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks

• Enjoy office perks such as free lunch on Wednesdays and daily free snacks

• Engage with vendors and manage property returns when necessary

• Leverage skills in hiring processes and configuration management to contribute to team success. Requirements • Proficiency in hiring processes, demonstrating an understanding of the recruitment lifecycle in the hospitality industry.

• Experience working with vendors, including negotiation and relationship management.

• Knowledge of property management, with an emphasis on maintaining and improving hospitality environments.

• Familiarity with configuration management, ensuring optimal performance of operational systems.

• Experience in catering, demonstrating an ability to plan and execute food and beverage services.

• Knowledge of R Code is beneficial, but not required.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to all levels of the organization.

• Experience managing snack inventory and distribution, ensuring a consistent supply of refreshments for guests.

• Ability to manage daily schedules, coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Experience managing conference rooms, including scheduling, setup, and maintenance.

• Understanding of Statement of Work (SOW) processes, with an ability to create and manage contracts.

• Demonstrated understanding of the importance of employee perks in the hospitality industry, with ideas for unique and attractive benefits.
