Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to support key financial processes and provide insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success and identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to provide actionable insights.

• Create detailed financial projections and develop dynamic financial models to support decision-making.

• Assist in the preparation and management of budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Support the monthly close process by analyzing data and ensuring accuracy.

• Collaborate with project teams to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with objectives.

• Stay informed about industry-specific metrics and trends affecting the manufactured housing sector.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and relevant legal regulations.

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and recommend improvements.

• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

• Proficiency in presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

• Familiarity with SAP or similar financial systems is preferred.

• Relevant certifications, such as CFA or CPA, are a plus.
