Description

We are in search of a Construction Controller for our team located in Orlando, Florida. This role resides within the industry, and the successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications and maintaining precise records. The role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions

• Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records

• Utilize CRM and Accounting Software Systems for efficient management of accounts

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Manage and oversee budget processes

• Perform consolidations as and when required

• Use Crystal Reports and 3M for effective reporting and data management

• Implement ADP - Financial Services for enhanced financial operations

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Manage and calculate the percentage (%) of completion of various tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as a Controller

• Proficient in 3M

• Solid understanding and experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must

• Proficient in using CRM

• Experience with Sage Intacct

• Excellent knowledge of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Previous experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Proficiency in Consolidations

• Familiarity with percentage (%) of completion method in accounting.
