    Run the Books Like a Pro: Own the full accounting cycle—AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, GL management, you name it.

     

    Master Job Costing: Manage construction-specific accounting tasks like progress billing, retention, and project overhead allocation.

     

    Tech Guru: Use software like QuickBooks, Sage/Timberline, or Procore to optimize workflows and maximize efficiency.

    Requirements

    What You Bring to the Table

     

    Experience that Counts: 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, ideally in construction.

     

    Software Expertise: QuickBooks mastery and hands-on experience with industry platforms like Sage 300 or Procore.

     

    Detail Obsessed: You’re laser-focused, organized, and thrive on accuracy.

     

    Construction Savvy: Familiarity with terms like lien waivers, WIP schedules, and job costing is a big plus!

     

    Team Player: You collaborate seamlessly with project managers, subcontractors, and leadership to make the magic happen.

     

    Hours: This role will be fully on site, 5 days a week from 8-5pm.
