Description We are looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join our team in Visalia, California. As a key member of the organization, you will oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of accounting processes and reporting. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, and general ledger activities.

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cash flow reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts in collaboration with department heads.

• Optimize accounting systems and processes within Famous software to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate audits and implement internal controls to protect company assets.

• Act as a liaison between ownership and the accounting team, providing actionable financial insights.

• Oversee cash management, banking relationships, and credit processes.

• Mentor and guide accounting staff to support their growth and development. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the produce or agriculture industry.

• Proficiency in Famous software and familiarity with accounting systems.

• Strong ability to prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and budgets.

• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Effective communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

• Understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls.
