    Description

    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Tax Senior serving high-net-worth clients in the public accounting industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be tasked with handling various types of tax returns, including individual, federal, partnership, and corporate. The role also involves the use of different tax systems such as GoSystem Tax RS and Bloomberg BNA.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle the processing of complex individual tax returns

    • Manage federal tax returns, including those involving multiple states and sophisticated returns

    • Oversee partnership and corporate tax returns

    • Learn and handle gift tax and foreign returns

    • Maintain excellent reading, writing, and phone interaction skills

    • Utilize GoSystem Tax RS or similar systems like CCH ProSystem

    • Work with Bloomberg BNA for tax purposes

    • Keep a sense of urgency and desire to contribute to a unique team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Real Estate & Property industry

    • Proficiency in using CCH IntelliConnect, CCH Prosystem, and CCH ProSystem Fx

    • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interpretation

    • Experience with Gosystem for efficient tax processes

    • Knowledgeable in entity formation within the real estate and property industry

    • Experience in preparing and filing federal tax returns

    • Expertise in individual tax return preparation and filing

    • Proven experience with partnership tax returns and corporate tax return filings

    • Familiarity with gift tax laws and regulations

    • Understanding of foreign tax concepts and applications

    • Proficiency in using Bloomberg for financial data analysis and reporting
