Description

We are seeking experienced Paralegals for ongoing temporary and temp-to-perm positions with top law firms and corporate legal departments in the Annapolis area. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand your legal expertise, and transition into long-term placements.

Practice Areas May Include:

+ Trusts & Estates

+ Government/Administrative Law

Key Responsibilities:

+ Drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

+ Organizing case files and managing discovery

+ Conducting legal research and summarizing findings

+ Filing documents with courts and government agencies (including e-filing)

+ Managing calendars, deadlines, and case timelines

+ Supporting attorneys during hearings, trials, and closings

+ Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paralegal (law firm or in-house)

+ Familiarity with legal procedures and court systems in Maryland

+ Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., Clio, Relativity, NetDocuments, or similar)

+ A Paralegal Certificate or relevant degree is preferred but not required

+ Ability to quickly adapt to new teams and work independently
