Responsibilities:

+ Lead the forecasting process across multiple locations and departments.

+ Analyze performance metrics and support strategic planning initiatives.

+ Maintain long-term financial plans and develop models for business opportunities.

+ Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking operating costs and facilitating zero-based budgeting.

+ Perform variance analyses for admissions, spending, and operational expenses.

+ Support annual budgeting efforts and executive presentation preparations.

+ Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.

+ Lead special projects and provide analytical support during audits.

Work Structure:

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote per week.

Compensation:

+ Bonus: Up to 10%.

+ Equity Plan: Long-term vesting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).

+ 5+ years of FP& A experience, preferably within publicly traded or private equity-backed organizations.

+ Strong Excel expertise, including advanced modeling and analytical functions.

+ Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to thrive under competing deadlines.

+ Familiarity with SAP or other data warehousing tools preferred.

+ Thick-skinned, highly adaptable professional comfortable interacting with executives.

+ Deep understanding of the demands of a fast-paced, publicly traded company environment.

+ Local candidates only with strong analytical and organizational skills.
