Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager or Supervisor to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities and expertise in managing accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and auditing processes. Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing processes.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Oversee the implementation and use of accounting software systems to streamline operations.

• Manage and review monthly reconciliations, audits, and financial statements.

• Lead and mentor the accounting team to maintain a high standard of performance and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage budgets effectively.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure proper handling and documentation of all financial transactions.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data analysis. Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles.

• Experience conducting audits and preparing financial statements.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
