Job Title: Senior Executive Legal Assistant

Overview:
Our client, a well-respected plaintiff litigation firm in Seattle, WA, is seeking an experienced and resourceful Senior Executive Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to the Managing Partner. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a strong legal background and impeccable organizational skills, looking for an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and mission-driven firm.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administrative Support:
+ Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar and email correspondence, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of commitments.
+ Oversee travel arrangements and process expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Handle other general administrative tasks as required to support the Managing Partner and the firm’s operations.
+ Legal Support:
+ Coordinate and execute e-filing with multiple courts, adhering to all deadlines and local jurisdictional requirements.
+ Proofread and edit legal documents to ensure they meet firm standards for accuracy and professionalism.
+ Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents from templates or shells, tailoring them to specific case needs and requirements.
+ Document & Workflow Management:
+ Maintain and organize case files, legal documents, and correspondence with a high degree of confidentiality.
+ Monitor deadlines and track progress on ongoing matters to ensure timely completion of tasks.

7+ YOE as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Experience e-filing with multiple WA courts
Experience supporting partners
