    Description

    Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Network Administrator for an onsite opportunity in North Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for someone with advanced expertise in Aruba and Palo Alto network solutions and a passion for collaborating with clients to deliver high-performance network solutions. MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a significant advantage, as this role will involve a blend of technical proficiency and client engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    + Network Management: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Aruba switches/access points and Palo Alto firewalls.

    + Technical Support: Provide onsite and remote technical support to resolve network issues effectively and efficiently.

    + Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating technical issues into clear solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    + Implementation and Optimization: Deploy and optimize network solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.

    + Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

    + Collaboration: Work in tandem with internal teams and customer IT staff to ensure seamless network operation and integration.

    Requirements

    Skills and Qualifications:

    + Required:

    + Hands-on experience with Aruba networking solutions (e.g., switches, wireless solutions) and Palo Alto firewalls.

    + Expertise in VLAN configuration, routing protocols, and network segmentation.

    + Preferred:

    + MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a huge plus.

    + Familiarity with customer relationship management tools or processes.

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure successful client interactions.

    + Relevant certifications (e.g., Aruba Certified Network Professional, Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer) are a plus.
