    We are looking for an experienced Senior FP& A Analyst to join our team in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting financial planning and analysis processes, while delivering strategic insights that drive business decisions. Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, you will collaborate with leaders across the organization to analyze key metrics, optimize performance, and ensure accurate financial reporting.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain dashboards and forecasts to track financial and operational metrics, partnering with managers to deliver insightful presentations.

    • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for review with senior management.

    • Assist in creating detailed budgets and forecasts to support both short-term and long-term strategic planning.

    • Maintain and update a comprehensive 13-week cash flow forecast to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

    • Provide analysis on costs, productivity metrics, and other production data to inform strategic decisions.

    • Evaluate cash flow, product costs, and expenses, working closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Investigate variances in financial and operational performance, collaborating with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in FP& A, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

    • Strong understanding of financial statements and their interrelationships, including the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.

    • Proficiency with financial software and systems, as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Proven ability to model and interpret complex financial and operational data, presenting results clearly to stakeholders.

    • Understand the construction and costing of a bill of materials

    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
