Description We are looking for a skilled Software Implementation Analyst to join our team in Hudson, New Hampshire. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in deploying, configuring, and optimizing workflow automation solutions using platforms like Nintex or equivalent software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, combining technical expertise with project management and client collaboration to deliver tailored solutions that enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy workflow automation solutions using Nintex or similar platforms to meet client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and define automation goals.
• Develop and customize workflows, forms, and integrations with enterprise systems such as CRMs and ERPs.
• Provide comprehensive training sessions to end-users to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions.
• Deliver ongoing technical support to address issues and optimize processes post-deployment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and gather feedback.
• Apply industry best practices and compliance standards to ensure secure and efficient implementations.
• Recommend improvements to workflows and automation processes to enhance client operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software implementation or workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Nintex Workflow Designer or similar process automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of business process mapping and enterprise systems integration, including APIs and database querying.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
