Description

We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our client's team on a contract to hire basis in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in civil litigation, real estate, insurance defense, and case handling. This role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail who excels in legal research and document preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.

• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and other case-related materials.

• Manage case files using case management software to ensure accurate and organized documentation.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal representation.

• Handle civil litigation cases with attention to detail and adherence to legal procedures.

• Utilize document management systems to maintain and retrieve case-related information efficiently.

• Administer claims and resolve complaints in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Apply expertise in conveyancing to manage property-related legal transactions.

• Prepare and present legal arguments effectively in written and verbal formats.

• Stay updated on legal trends and consumer electronics regulations relevant to cases.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial litigation and legal document preparation.

• Proficiency with case management software and document management systems.

• Familiarity with construction law and related legal transactions preferred, but not required.

• Ability to manage claims and handle complaints effectively.

• Solid understanding of legal research methods and briefing techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
