    Description

    Our client, a rapidly growing Consumer Products company, is currently searching for an FP& A Manager who will serve as a key strategic partner across the business. This role goes far beyond crunching numbers—you’ll be driving financial performance through deep analysis of product and customer profitability, leading budgeting and forecasting efforts, and delivering critical insights into category, brand, and channel performance. Your financial modeling skills will support pricing strategies, new market opportunities, and ROI evaluations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure that decision-making is backed by accurate, actionable data, and you’ll have the opportunity to present your findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership. Additionally, you’ll mentor and develop a high-potential team member within the finance function.     Requirements

    - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

     

    - 5+ years of experience, with a background in the CPG space

     

    - MBA preferred

     

    - Advanced MS Excel skills
