Key Responsibilities:

+ Gain a strong understanding of the chart of accounts and assist in accurately coding business transactions.

+ Prepare document approval packages, such as Payment Request Forms, Expense Reimbursement Forms, and Credit Card Expense Forms, and route them for review and approval.

+ Enter various financial transactions into the Deltek Costpoint accounting system, including accounts payable, payroll vouchers, credit card expenses, cash disbursements/receipts, and manual journal entries.

+ Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring timely resolution of cash payments.

+ Create weekly payment proposals, export them to the bank portal, and execute payments.

+ Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) aging to ensure all items are current.

+ Manage vendor and customer setup by entering accurate details into the system.

+ Perform other related duties or assignments as needed to support the accounting and treasury functions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bilingual in Korean and English is a requirement.

+ Experience in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management/forecasting, general ledger accounting, payroll, or financial reporting is required.

+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet competing deadlines.

+ Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to succeed in a multi-cultural team environment.

Preferred Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of three years of professional accounting experience.

+ Experience with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos software is a plus.

+ Familiarity with federal contracting or the aerospace/defense industry is advantageous.
