Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will manage key accounting functions, oversee financial transactions, and ensure accurate reporting. This opportunity is ideal for someone with attention to detail, expertise in accounting software, and a strong understanding of financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Utilize accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks Online and Great Plains, to perform daily financial tasks.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with ADP financial services standards.

• Conduct cash flow analysis to monitor and optimize financial performance.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in a computerized accounting system.

• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with management to support decision-making through financial insights.

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks Online and Great Plains.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll processes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.

• Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and financial services standards.

• Ability to perform cash flow analysis and budget preparation.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management.
