Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Reston, Virginia. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the formation and maintenance of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

• Prepare, review, and manage a variety of contracts and legal documents.

• Conduct thorough compliance and regulatory research to support business operations.

• Provide guidance on corporate governance practices and ensure adherence to policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage risk and address legal concerns.

• Support commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, procurement, and negotiations.

• Maintain and organize legal records, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.

• Monitor and interpret changes in corporate and commercial laws that impact the organization.

• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience as a corporate or commercial real estate paralegal.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.

• Familiarity with commercial real estate transactions, including leasing and procurement.

• Excellent research and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

• Proficiency in legal software and tools to manage documentation and workflows.
