As a Corporate Transactional Attorney your responsibilities will include but aren't limited too:

• Conduct thorough reviews of physical documents to determine what was submitted to courts and what was not.

• Analyze contracts and flag any discrepancies or issues that require attention.

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat and document management systems to manage and organize case files effectively.

• Work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure all documentation aligns with corporate and litigation standards.

• Provide insights and recommendations based on findings from document reviews.

• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines related to contract documentation.

• Handle tasks related to case management and briefing as part of litigation support.

• Maintain accurate records and manage legal files in a secure and organized manner.

• Apply a strong understanding of corporate and transactional law to daily responsibilities.

• Stay updated on legal practices and standards to provide high-quality legal support.

Requirements

The ideal Corporate Transactional Attorney will have the following:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an attorney specializing in corporate litigation and contract law.

• A valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• Proficiency in using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, document management software, and case management systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and identify issues within contracts.

• Background in handling physical document reviews and maintaining organized legal files.

• Familiarity with corporate and transactional law, including drafting and reviewing legal contracts.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a legal team.
