    Description

    Our client, a leading Brand Management company, is looking for a Senior Accountant, Consolidations to join a dynamic corporate accounting team and help drive global financial reporting to the next level. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take a lead role in managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial results across global entities. You’ll ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, while collaborating cross-functionally to support financial reporting and continuous process improvement.

    Responsibilities of this position will include:

    • Lead the end-to-end consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.

    • Prepare and review key journal entries

    • Reconcile intercompany transactions and collaborate with regional teams to resolve discrepancies.

    • Maintain and optimize our consolidation system, ensuring clean, accurate data flow.

    • Create and analyze consolidated financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.

    • Support internal and external audits with well-documented workpapers and schedules.

    • Drive improvements in consolidation processes, documentation, and the integration of acquired entities.

    • Partner with FP& A, Tax, Treasury, and other key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

    • 3+ years of experience

    • Must have strong consolidations experience

    • CPA and public accounting experience preferred
