    Robert Half has a brand new opening for a Business Intelligence Manager with a client in Bradenton, FL.

     

    This is a Full-time position, primarily in-office with 1 day/week WFH. Compensation ranging $90-110K+ depending on experience.

    Top Skills/Experience Looking For:

    + Proven ability to lead BI teams, drive strategy, and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    + Expertise in Power BI apps, Tableau, SQL, data modeling, ETL, and governance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)

    + Skilled in vendor coordination, issue resolution, and delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset

    + is a plus to have - Knowledge in MS Fabric + Python + Snowflake

    Responsibilities:

    + Leads the development and implementation of the BI strategy to support organizational goals and objectives

    + Oversees the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including data warehouses, data marts, reports, and dashboards

    + Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility through robust data governance practices

    + Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify data-driven decision needs and provide actionable insights

    + Manages and mentors the BI team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

    + Coordinates with IT and other departments to integrate BI solutions with existing systems and processes

    + Ensures compliance with data security and privacy regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA

    + Monitors BI industry trends and best practices to enhance Goodwill’s BI capabilities continually

    + Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership on BI initiatives and outcomes

    + Manages the Report Analyst, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure high-quality report generation and analysis

    + Oversee the Data Engineer, ensuring the successful integration and maintenance of data pipelines and architecture to support BI initiatives

    + Provides guidance and support to the Data Engineer in troubleshooting, optimizing, and scaling data processes to meet the organization's analytical needs

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    + Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing high-performing teams

    + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

    + Proven experience in developing and implementing BI strategies and solutions

    + Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management best practices

    + Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL

    + Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
