We’re looking for a Customer Project Coordinator to manage and support projects for distributors, large direct accounts, and rep partners from kickoff to completion. What You’ll Do:

+ Own and manage customer projects with a focus on accuracy, proactive communication, and timely follow-up.

+ Clarify and confirm customer requirements and deliverables—product specs, timeline expectations, and all necessary documentation.

+ Track key details like timelines, risks, deliverables, and project status with exceptional accuracy.

+ Act as the go-to contact for internal teams and customers, communicating effectively when timelines shift or challenges arise.

+ Build long-term customer loyalty by anticipating needs, providing consistent updates, and representing the company with professionalism and care.

+ Collaborate across departments (sales, production, engineering, etc.) to ensure smooth project flow and timely delivery.

+ Maintain detailed records of all tasks, communications, and updates—keeping everyone aligned and informed.

Requirements

What You Bring:

+ 1–2 years of direct customer support and/or project coordination experience.

+ Strong organizational and project management skills with top-tier verbal and written communication abilities.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus), including running reports, managing and analyzing data, and presenting insights.

+ Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

+ Confidence in communicating professionally with customers, vendors, internal teams, and management.

+ Industry experience in lighting, electronics manufacturing, construction, architectural or design engineering is a strong plus—especially if you can read technical drawings.

+ Calm under pressure, adaptable to change, and skilled at managing multiple priorities without losing your cool.

+ A self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative.
