Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support HR operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company.

• Conduct background checks and verify candidate credentials in compliance with company policies.

• Oversee benefit functions, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries.

• Provide support in processing payroll using systems like Paycom and Ceridian.

• Perform audits on HR records to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

• Maintain and update employee information in HRMS and other relevant systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing employee questions and concerns in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Support the execution of HR projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.

• Utilize tools like About Time to manage time tracking and attendance effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in HR software systems such as HRMS, Paycom, and Ceridian.

• Experience conducting background checks and managing onboarding processes.

• Strong understanding of benefit administration and related functions.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle audits and maintain accurate records.

• Effective communication and customer service skills to address employee needs.

• Familiarity with time tracking systems like About Time is a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
