Description

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist. We are looking for an experienced person who can contribute efficiently to day-to-day operations along with supporting office staff and members. If interested in this role please apply online or call (808) 531-0800.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Customer Experience Specialist include the following:

• Greets and directs all visitors

• Assist callers, relays messages and announces visitors

• Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to appropriate person/department

• Assists members with all inquiries and requests

• Assist with data entry as needed

• Process, log, sorts and distributes incoming/outgoing mail and facsimiles.

• May be required to assist other administrative staff

• Performs other general administrative duties as required

Requirements

+ Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training

+ Must be able to work efficiently as well as be proactive and resourceful

+ Detail oriented

+ Effective communicator

+ Able to work independently as well as with a team

+ Excellent interpersonal skills

+ Able to multitask

+ The ability to run various offices machines; fax machine, scanner, postage machines equipment

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office
