Requirements

Your Day-to-Day Impact

+ Own the Numbers: Tackle reconciliations, process journal entries, and manage AP/AR with precision.

+ Real Estate Precision: Conduct lease accounting, track fixed assets and depreciation schedules, and dive into cash flow forecasting—all while keeping properties performing like a dream.

+ Reporting Rockstar: Prepare detailed financial statements, variance analyses, and property performance reports that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

+ Streamline Success: Leverage your prowess with real estate accounting platforms to refine processes, minimize inefficiencies, and deliver accurate results.

+ Support & Compliance: Assist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance to keep operations smooth and stress-free.

Your Edge

+ Accounting Experience: You bring 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to real estate or property management.

+ Tech Excellence: You’re fluent in tools like Yardi, MRI, or Sage Intacct, and boast advanced Excel skills (hello, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs!).

+ Detail Visionary: Precision and accuracy are your trademarks, and you thrive on organized, clear-cut solutions.

+ Collaborative Spirit: You’re a team player and an excellent communicator, working seamlessly with property managers, tax advisors, and leadership.

Hours: In office Monday-Friday, 8-5pm, onsite
