    Responsibilities

    + Minimum of two to three years of progressive experience with the development of expertise in a given area of therapy.

    + Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and the ability to work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members physicians hospital departments and the general public.

    + Exceeds performance standards in working knowledge of standard physical therapy practices procedures and equipment utilized in the department.

    + Self motivated and able to achieve results through good organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently within scope of practice and be a functional team member in a team oriented environment.

    + Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently while ssuming additional responsibilities as assigned by manager/supervisor.

    + Current California license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

    + Current CPR.

    Qualifications

    Physical Therapist Assistant II at St. John's Regional Medical Center will be responsible for providing therapy treatments to patients to restore maximum function under the direction of a licensed phyiscal therapist. May supervise or be responsbible for a particular program such as inservice coordinator. Must have current California Physical Therapy Assisant license.

    Pay Range

    $36.16 - $45.08 /hour
