Interior Cleaning
+ Cleans all common areas of the building including; reception, lobby, corridors, break room, kitchen, conference rooms and restrooms.
+ Conducts cleaning duties for individual offices, and workstation areas.
+ Utilizes company equipment and products to accomplish cleaning duties for all common and individual areas to include; sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning partitions and fixtures, mirrors and counters, carpets, dusting surfaces, polishing glass, etc.
+ Responds to cleaning requests from other LFC departments.

Facility Safety
+ Keeps informed on safety procedures and works safely.
+ Notifies Manager of any unsafe conditions or broken equipment that needs repair.
+ Corrects any unsafe conditions and reports to manager.
+ Ensures security procedures are adhered to including activating alarm, locking up individual offices, and corporate building at the end of shift.
+ Follows instructions on industrial strength chemicals to ensure that they are handled properly while following safety precautions and procedures.

Other Projects
+ Assists other maintenance staff and performs other related duties and special projects as directed.
+ As necessary, supports the Custodian Lead with exterior cleaning responsibilities to complete projects on time.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ Experience with general and detailed office cleaning required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities/Competencies:
+ Ability to read, write and understand English
+ Ability to operate needed machines used for cleaning
+ Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Working Relationships:
+ This position reports to the Manager level
+ This position encounters other Company groups while executing duties throughout the facility
Physical/Mental Requirements and Work Environment :
Work Environment Description :
+ Works in an office setting and is generally, involved with movement (e.g., walking, standing, or otherwise being mobile throughout the office) most of time.
+ May be required to occasionally independently move and handle objects up to 35 pounds.
+ There may be times when exposure to heat and/or cold can be expected when working in the corporate building.
+ Walking on wet areas will be encountered during the performance of the positions duties.
+ There will be exposure to chemicals and the fumes associated with them while engaged in cleaning activities.
+ Work varied hours as necessary.
