    Position: Residential Team Lead, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

    **Pay Range:** **$21/hour** up to **$24/hour,** based on education and years of experience working in human services field.

    Work Schedule for this Full-Time position:

    _Two days per week from: 9a to 5p and three days per week working in the assigned homes from 7:30a to 3:30p or 2:30p to 10p with Flexibility. (On-Call and weekends may be required.)_

    What to Expect:

    TCV is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible person to fill our full-time Residential Team Lead for our Intellectual Disabilities Division (IDD) in the greater Pittsburgh area.

     

    The Residential Team Lead plays a critical role in fulfilling the mission of TCV by providing an array of supports and trainings to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that will enable them to increase their level of independence and improve their quality of life; and by assisting the Residential Supervisor with all facets of the program operation. We are looking for people who believe in a strengths-based approach and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. All required trainings and education will be provided by TCV.

    Core Responsibilities:

    + Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and improved quality of life.

    + Assist the Residential Supervisor with daily operations and overall program oversight.

    + Implement individualized service plans using positive, strengths-based approaches.

    + Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to direct support staff.

    + Ensure a safe, supportive, and compliant residential environment.

    + Foster community involvement and social integration for residents.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications (must):

    (Note: all required documents and tests paid by employer)

    + Be 18 years of age or older.

    + A High School diploma or GED AND three (3) years of related experience; OR an associate's degree in human services AND one (1) year of related experience; OR a bachelor’s degree in human services and six (6) months of related experience. (Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities required.)

    + Valid driver's license & 3 years of a clean driving record.

    + Agree to a PA state criminal history, child abuse record and FBI Clearance.

    + Agree to a pre-employment drug screening, one-step TB and physical.

    + Have experience with the developmentally disabled or as a care provider (ADL required in care delivery).

    + Be empathetic, patient with behaviors and can apply the techniques taught.

    + Be able to lift up to 50+ pounds.
