Regional Sales Manager
Position Overview
ICM Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across Utah, Arizona, and Idaho. This role is key to achieving our goals in customer service, market share, and profitability. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, proven sales leadership experience, and a passion for exceeding targets.
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, developing territory strategies, and strengthening client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
*Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to each state in your territory to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
*Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. Proactively identify new opportunities and respond to client needs with urgency and professionalism.
* **Market Analysis & Insights**
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors. Use insights to inform sales tactics and strategic planning.
*Team Collaboration
Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and ensure consistent customer experiences.
* **Reporting & Performance Metrics**
Track and analyze sales data, KPIs, and pipeline activity. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
* **Customer Feedback & Product Improvement**
Collect and communicate customer feedback to support ongoing product and service enhancements.
* **Mentoring & Development**
Provide coaching and support to junior sales team members within your territory, helping foster a culture of growth and accountability.
Qualifications
+ Proven track record of success in sales and territory management
+ Strong negotiation and closing skills
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
+ Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed
