    Class B Diesel Mechanic

     

    Lakewood, NJ

     

    Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

     

    Pay: $28–$32/hour (based on experience)

    Job Description:

    **We are looking for a reliable Class B Diesel Mechanic with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently** . This position focuses on medium and heavy-duty trucks. **Experience with HINO trucks is a major plus.** Must be comfortable using diagnostic tools and working on air brake systems.

    Responsibilities:

    + Diagnose and repair medium and heavy-duty diesel trucks

    + Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and schematics to troubleshoot issues

    + Perform PMs, repairs, replacements, and quality checks

    + Work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision

    + Follow safety procedures and complete daily paperwork

    Requirements:

    + At least 3 years of diesel truck repair experience

    + Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

    + Experience with air brake systems and diagnostic tools

    + Must obtain a **Class B CDL within 3 months of hire** (with company assistance)

    + Ability to assist with parts research and ordering
