    Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Credit Quality Analyst (Loan experience) in Charlotte, NC:

    • $30.23 p/ hour.

    • M – F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 remote)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Quality Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our Global Credit (GC) loan trading desk by assisting with day-to-day operations, managing high-volume transactions, and ensuring accurate processing of large corporate credits. This is a high-touch position requiring excellent client service and strong risk oversight.

    Responsibilities:

    + Validate loan documentation for accurate trade settlements.

    + Verify loan commitments, interest payments, and fee payments.

    + Manage rate changes, rollovers, advances, collateral, invoicing, repayments, and other loan agreement inquiries.

    + Perform report monitoring and reconciliations.

    + Train team members on procedures, policies, and processes.

    + Provide supervisory oversight on various processes.

    + Input wire instructions and adhere to dual controls.

    + Analyze and resolve operational problems and discrepancies, including reviewing credit agreements and performing manual calculations.

    + Participate in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives.

    + Investigate and resolve breaks.

    + Serve as the main point of contact for administrative requests related to large corporate credits.

    + Provide premium client service and manage relationships with internal and external partners.

    + Ensure accurate data input into various credit and operating systems (e.g., ACBS, BFT, Cash Manager, LoanRunner).

    + Occasionally lead projects or new process implementations.

    Qualifications:

    + Basic understanding of **credit documentation**

    + Experience with systems like **ACBS** , **BFT** , **Cash Manager** , or **LoanRunner**

    + Proficiency in handling complex calculations

    + Strong client service skills

    + Ability to investigate and resolve operational problems

    **Pay Details:** $30.23 per week
