    Adecco is assisting a local financial institution in recruiting for an **Staff Accountant** position in **Cincinnati, OH** . This is a **4-month onsite assignment** with potential for growth.

     

    This position requires at least 1 year of accounting experience and proficiency in Excel and GAAP. A Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.

     

    **Responsibilities for the Accounting Associate include but are not limited to** :

    + Maintain accurate accounting records and perform daily entries

    + Reconcile accounts and support the month-end close process

    + Assist in preparing financial statements and reports

    + Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

    + Respond to inquiries from auditors and internal departments

    **Candidates must meet the following requirements** :

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

    + 1+ year of relevant accounting experience

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with other finance systems

    + Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

    + Excellent communication and organizational skills

    **Pay Details:** $23.33 per hour
