Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for Remote Clinical Quality LPNs with HEDIS experience.
This is a telecommute role.

**Pay:** $32 to $34/hr
**Type:** Six-Month contract, possibility of an extension
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST/CST
**Start Date:** August 4
Primary Responsibilities:
• Remote data mining in EHR systems to support HEDIS and STARs initiatives
• Outreach to provider offices to request and follow up on medical records
• Abstracting and entering chart data into systems such as Cozeva and DataRAP
• Acting as a subject matter expert for HEDIS data collection and provider questions
• Navigating multiple documentation systems and ensuring accuracy of chart data
• Analyzing data for completeness and data integrity issues
• Supporting hybrid chart chase processes
• Staying current with HEDIS/STARs standards and updates
Qualifications:
• Active LPN license
• 1+ year of HEDIS/STARs abstraction experience
• 1+ year of provider outreach or EHR navigation
• 2+ years of medical chart review/data analysis experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
• Call center experience
**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
