    As a Staff 3D Generalist on our Advanced Visualization team, you will drive high-impact product visualizations that elevate brand storytelling and customer engagement. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and strategic leadership to produce photo-realistic renderings, optimize workflows, and push the boundaries of digital visualization. You will lead innovative initiatives, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance design execution.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    + You will be a key member of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team striving to produce 2D and 3D content for FUEL packages, create CAD assets in Blender 3D or other CAD programs, and champion the creation of a Digital Twin of all production products.

    + Use AI / CGI / Photography visualization tools to create graphics, images and renderings.

    + Maintain good communication between Industrial Design and Brand departments.

    + Have a sharp eye for materials, lighting, and overall quality to ensure accuracy and realism with high and low-poly workflows.

    + Maintain brand consistency by adhering to stringent photo and design guidelines.

    + Identify gaps in current approaches and advocate for innovative solutions that enhance visualization processes.

    + Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring consistency across all rendered materials.

    + Act as a mentor to others in developing good modeling techniques and process workflow.

    + Provide design recommendations, solutions, or collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs based on established criteria.

    + Work collaboratively with multiple cross-functional teams on complex programs in fast-paced environments.

    + A basic understanding of industrial design, design research and manufacturing techniques for consumer products.

    Experience/Requirements

    + 1-5 years’ experience in creating 3D art, Game Design, Digital Art, Animation, graphics, visual effects, multimedia, rendering, computer imagery.

    + Experience with the methods and materials used to manufacture tools/Handheld products.

    + Results-driven, detail-oriented, and continuously seeking improvement.

    + Strong collaboration skills, showcasing constructive feedback on CAD design to improve the aesthetics of a part/form.

    + Strong ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    + Expected to work on several projects concurrently. Quickly responds to accelerated changes in project directions.

    + Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication

    + Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks.
