    We are seeking a talented and motivated Job Captain to join our Phoenix office, where exciting new projects and continued growth offer immediate opportunities. As a Job Captain, you will be part of a team that delivers professional service, achieves design excellence, and fosters employee growth. This position will expose you to a variety of projects and challenges, allowing you to make a significant impact nationwide.

    Responsibilities

    + Participate in projects from conception through completion.

    + Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

    + Prepare Construction Documents.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of Architecture.

    + Two to five years of experience in an Architectural office.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Revit.

    + Self-motivated.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in commercial architecture.

    + Ability to coordinate projects effectively.

    Work Environment

    The role will start remotely until the office setup is complete. The new location offers a ground-floor opportunity with a significant backlog of work.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
