Job Title: Sr Java Developer

Ability to be hybrid in Seattle, WA (three to four days onsite)

Technology

+ Strong experience building scalable web applications using Java Spring boot with Microservices

+ Experience in developing RESTful web services

+ Experience with Spring Framwork including Spring Security , Spring Cloud

+ Strong knowledge in Hibernate and JPA using SPIRNG Data

+ Experience with containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes

+ Experience in JUnit's other Unit testing libs

+ Experience in CI/CD Pipeline for Gitlab and Jenkins

+ Experience with Oracle . PL/SQL , JPA

+ Delivery experience following AGILE/SCRUM methodology

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

+ Making enhancements to various Java and Restful service APIs that meets business and auditing requirements

+ Research and evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations on improving the product to meet business and information risk requirements

+ Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale Spring Boot applications

+ Ensure high code quality, following best practices for security, scalability, and performance

+ Collaborate on setting up CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes

+ Provide guidance on coding standards and design patterns to junior team members

+ Analyze application performance bottlenecks; implement optimizations as needed

+ Analyze and optimize database queries for enhanced performance and data integrity

+ Ensure seamless integration with cloud services (e.g., storage, messaging queues)

+ Rapidly diagnose and resolve complex application issues

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
