Job Description

We are seeking multiple Maintenance Technicians to join our team across various shifts. The ideal candidates will assist with the building and programming of new and rebuilt machines and equipment, follow mechanical and electrical prints, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with building and programming on new and rebuilt machines and equipment.

+ Follow mechanical and electrical prints (more mechanical than electrical).

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.

+ Apply progressive continuous improvement practices such as 6S.

+ Provide timely repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance.

+ Assist with set-ups, start-ups, and quality qualifications.

+ Troubleshoot molding process and make adjustments to the machine.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in maintenance, mechanical, and electrical work.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment.

+ Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.

+ Experience with preventive maintenance, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to read and follow mechanical and electrical prints.

+ Experience in applying 6S practices.

Work Environment

Schedule for maintenance team -

A & B shift - 7:00am - 7:00pm

C & D shift - 7:00pm - 7:00am.

+ Our facility operates with a focus on safety and efficiency, providing a well-organized and clean workspace.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k match.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Bettendorf,IA.
