    Job Title: NY TSA Enrollment Agent IJob Description

     

    The position involves providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. The role requires performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware and software. You will verify customer identities and scan necessary documents into the database system. The successful candidate will complete required biometric and data capture processes and paperwork for each customer. Additionally, tracking processing time for each applicant and ensuring they are processed in the correct order is essential. The role includes performing biometric processing to capture quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures, ensuring program accuracy standards are met or exceeded. Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services to customers is also part of the job.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.

    + Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment.

    + Verify customer identity and scan required documents into database system.

    + Complete required biometric and data capture processes and paperwork for each customer.

    + Track processing time for each applicant and ensure they are processed in appropriate order.

    + Capture quality electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet accuracy standards.

    + Identify opportunities to offer more products and services to customers.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of customer service and administrative experience.

    + Strong speaking and writing skills.

    + Computer/tech savvy.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Face-to-face customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.

    Work Environment

    This role is located at a CVS Location (217 Broadway) with working hours from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The position offers the opportunity to work in a federal government setting, providing a professional and structured environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
