    Job Title: Production Operator - Roll Forming 750

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Production Operator in our Roll Forming Plant. You will operate a Roll Former machine to manufacture gutter downpipes, ensuring the highest safety standards are met. This role involves machine operation, quality inspection, and packaging duties, all within a supportive and growth-focused environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate the Roll Former machine to produce gutter downpipes.

    + Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during operations.

    + Assemble boxes and apply shipping labels.

    + Perform visual inspections and measure parts for quality assurance.

    + Close boxes and load onto pallets for transportation.

    + Use a pallet jack to move finished products to the warehouse.

    + Understand and work with RAM (pressure machine operation).

    + Utilize hand tools effectively and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous experience as a machine operator.

    + Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude.

    + Basic math skills and ability to pass a math test.

    + Proactive and self-motivated work ethic.

    + Understanding of RAM, metal rolling, and metal stamping.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Ability to handle material and pack efficiently.

    + Experience with industrial hand tools.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is industrial and clean within a large, non-climate controlled complex. The schedule includes Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 6:30 PM, with occasional Friday work, totaling 48 scheduled hours per week. The facility offers various opportunities for growth across its six different plants.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
