    + 12 month contract with potential for extension/conversion

    + 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA

    Job Description

    This role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The position also requires performing exit interviews and processing changes to employee status. Applicants must have a bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience in technical/hardware recruiting.

    Responsibilities

    + Recruit, interview, and check references for new employees.

    + Make offers and conduct orientation for new hires.

    + Perform exit interviews and process changes to employee status.

    + Plan and accomplish goals using extensive experience and judgment.

    + Perform a variety of tasks and possibly lead and direct the work of others.

    Required Skills

    + 5-8+ years of recruiting experience, including technical recruiting

    + Must have experience recruiting/sourcing on ASIC, RF Engineers, or Niche electrical engineer

    + SDE recruiter with hardware experience is a huge plus!

    + Bachelor's degree required

    + Aerospace or government contracting background is a huge plus!

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $50.00/hr.
