    Inventory Coordinator (Tool Room)

     

    Hours: 1st Shift

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Prepare set-up tool kits using setup schedule, production schedule and Bill of Tools CN-FR-005

    + Sort returned inserts for repeated internal use and outside recycling program.

    + Maintain inventory to ensure that tools needed for scheduled orders are available and being ordered.

    + Perform monthly CNC Tooling Cost Analysis and report to the manager.

    + Select, negotiate and obtain quotes from multiple Tooling suppliers.

    + Fill out and submit purchase requisitions for tooling supplies.

    + Assist employees with choosing and locating right tools.

    Qualifications:

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

    + Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.

    + Basic Math Skills required – measuring/use of calculator

    + Microsoft Office Experience – Word, Excel, Database, Outlook

    + Familiar with using measuring instruments such as calipers.

    + Familiarity with cutting metals strongly preferred.
