    Position:

    Clinical Practice Manager

    Position Summary:

    As a key player in our mission to closely partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the effective delivery of clinical services. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee various operational aspects such as logistics, technology, partner engagement, clinic operations, scheduling, patient engagement, and program optimization. Take ownership of project outcomes and be the go-to expert for all stakeholders involved.

    Job Description:

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Develops and fosters collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, PCP Offices, vendors, and partners to establish priorities, effectively communicate and manage program expectations, and ensure overall success, including ensuring timelines, resourcing, and budget parameters are met.

    + Collaborates cross-functionally on operational planning, and implementation planning of the program to align with both Lumeris and client's vision and contractual delivery timelines.

    + Supervising patient and staff schedules

    + Supervising the patient registration process

    + Organizing and maintaining medical records and staff records

    + Improving customer service and patient satisfaction

    + Implementing and following office policies and procedures · Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations

    + Planning staff meetings for clinical staff, non-clinical, and administrative staff

    + Training medical staff and conducting operational training

    + Coordinates and helps execute on referral workflows

    + Facilitates provider credentialing and licensure

    + Facilitates provider on call scheduling

    + Help coordinate and monitor payer contracting and market relationships with vendors

    + Partners with account management and clinical leadership to develop plans to meet key initiatives and targets.

    + Partners closely with client account partners to ensure collaboration with operational initiatives and implementations.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent · 6+ years of related experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role (i.e., Project Management Office; Healthcare Management, equivalent position in the Healthcare Industry, etc.)

    + Administrative clinical operations experience

    + Significant proven success in overseeing multiple large complex health plan stand up or population health services organization client implementation programs, including delivery operational and/or technical solutions across multiple teams

    + Excellent project and program management skills with the proven ability to guide teams to meet performance metrics and deliver on time and within budget

    + Exceptional presentation, facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to bring people to a common understanding and reach consensus

    + Top notch risk mitigation skills with the ability to identify and resolve imped impediments, develop detailed timelines, perform resource allocations and run team meetings

    + Proven ability to develop and execute complex collaborative strategic process redesign and performance improvement initiatives for optimized implementation delivery

    + Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, including converting technical insights into simple, everyday language to deliver a story that is understandable

    + Strong technical acumen with the ability to ensure that technical solutions, strategies, practices, and deliver business/customer value during implementation.

    + Ability to develop metrics, collect and review data to identify root cause, and measure performance.

    + Demonstrated ability to effectively guide, support, motivate, and direct team members and internal/external partners to successfully achieve defined goals

    + Travel up to 15% to client site and other locations a directed by the business need

    Preferred

    + PMP (Project Management Professional) and/or PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) Certification

    + Lean and/or Six Sigma at Green or Black Belt level certification

    The hiring range for this position is:

    $84,600.00-$113,775.00

     

    Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
