    At Ticketmaster and Live Nation, we are charged with helping create that experience, making it memorable to each and every fan in its own unique way.     As the Fan-Based Marketing team, it is our mission to enable various marketing teams across Live Nation to deliver targeted messaging based on real-time data signals that delight and reward fans.

    THE ROLE

    Across the Live Nation and Ticketmaster ecosystems, our fans are coming to expect a better, more personalized experience. We are looking for a strong Business Analyst to help us grow our Fan-Based Marketing capabilities.

     

    This person will be responsible for audience planning and sizing, campaign and audience monitoring, and performance reporting. We are seeking candidates who are proactive self-starters and have a proven track record of data and business analysis in online or ecommerce businesses with experience in testing and optimization.

     

    The ideal candidate will be an accomplished professional who possesses the passion, experience, skills and abilities to help support our expanding marketing reach.

    WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

    + Create and maintain live analytics reports and dashboards to provide insight into the performance of campaigns to stakeholders

    + Conduct in-depth marketing analysis efforts to provide insight into new business opportunities; present communicate findings and make recommendations to stakeholders

    + Support data-related problem-solving and product development efforts by the Fan-Based Marketing team

    + Be an expert in customer data, helping to identify and fill data gaps, using internal resources and outside vendors

    + Model and size audiences relevant to support campaign objectives

    + Collaborate with division Business Analysts, Data Services and other functional teams as needed to understand the impact of analysis across multiple areas of the business

    WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

    + 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related field

    + Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregation, and nested queries

    + Strong statistical knowledge, with experience in hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and A/B testing methodologies

    + Experience with data visualization and presentation of analysis and findings

    + Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders

    + Experience working with digital marketing and customer data

    + Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis

    + Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Domo preferred

    + Experience with marketing automation tools and customer data platforms preferred

    + MS Excel proficiency, including lookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas

    + Detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills

    + Proactive and intellectually curious

    + Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new software and technologies

    + Strong comm unication skills including the ability to communicate findings to a wide audience

    $96,000.00 USD - $120,000.00 USD
