    Position Summary** **:

    This position will be responsible for improving Globus Medical’s end-to-end operations and supply chain by analyzing its capability to serve end-users in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and identify opportunities to reduce costs and lead time while improving service levels and leading cross-functional teams to achieve quantifiable results. This candidate will also be a self-starter with experience in inventory management, project management, and a proven track record of building relationships both within the supply chain and internally with operations/engineering/finance, to drive improved customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is skilled in data visualization, SQL, and Python, with a deep understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.

    Essential Functions** **:

    + Analyzes performance across supply chain and warehouse operations to identify trends, mitigate risks, and opportunities for process improvement

    + Develops, maintains, and optimizes KPI dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Google Looker to support cross-functional teams and leadership decision-making

    + Collaborates with operations, finance, supply chain, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions

    + Extract, transforms, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to support daily operations and long-term planning

    + Leads root cause analysis and performance reviews, translating finding into actionable strategies

    + Supports forecasting, inventory analysis, and demand planning through data modeling and trend evaluation

    + Monitors and ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of operational data across reporting platforms and systems

    + Contributes to process improvement projects aimed at reducing costs, increasing throughput, and improving service levels

    + Translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions, working closely with IT and data engineering

    + Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies

    + Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to the role

    + Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

    Qualifications** **:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

    + 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or related operational analysis roles

    + Proven expertise in developing dashboards and reports in Power BI and/or Google Looker

    + Practical understanding of Python and SQL for data analysis and automation purposes

    + Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

    + Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; willingness to be flexible and to adapt quickly to changes

    + Well organized and detail-oriented team player capable of working efficiently

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in tasks

    + Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

    + Lean Six Sigma certification or process improvement training

    + Certifications such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL certifications, or Supply Chain/Logistics certifications (APICS, CSCP, etc.) are a plus but not required

    + Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory planning tools are a plus
