    Super Soccer Stars is thrilled to offer an exciting position for Youth Enrichment Sports Instructors who are passionate about providing children with fun, engaging, and educational sports experiences. This role focuses on delivering high-quality sports enrichment programs to children, fostering their physical activity, teamwork, and social skills in a positive environment.

     

    As a Youth Enrichment Sports Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and executing sports activities that promote fitness and healthy living while encouraging children to enjoy being active. Whether it's soccer, basketball, or multi-sport activities, you will create a dynamic and exciting atmosphere where every child is inspired to participate and grow.

    Responsibilities:

    + Lead age-appropriate sports classes for children aged 4-12, including soccer and other sports

    + Develop lesson plans and implement engaging activities that promote skill development, teamwork, and fun

    + Encourage positive social interactions among children and foster an inclusive atmosphere

    + Maintain a safe and organized environment, ensuring equipment is in good condition

    + Provide excellent customer service to parents, addressing any questions or concerns

    + Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and coaching techniques

    Requirements

    + Experience working with children in a sports or educational setting is preferred

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and parents

    + Ability to create a fun, energetic environment that keeps children motivated

    + Flexibility to work variable hours, including afternoons and weekends
