Description

The Application Specialist is the primary technical resource in IT Services for the administration and day-to-day support of their assigned applications. They configure, enhance, integrate, troubleshoot, and report from the applications. They are a liaison between IT Services and other company departments. Verita Telecommunications is in the midst of implementing a new project management and production tracking system that will significantly enhance our construction managers and supervisors ability to plan, track and report on project progress and crew success. The application is SiteTracker, which is built on the Salesforce platform. The Application Specialist will be a key contributor in the design, configuration, and rollout of this critical new system. They will build and enhance the platform for ensuring our manager’s success, work with key stakeholders to enhance the system, and drive adoption. This role will involve requirements gathering, process design and improvement, automation, and integration, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
