    About the Position

     

    We are seeking an Instructional Multimedia Specialist to support the development of visually compelling training and educational materials for our client’s technical training team.

     

    This role focuses on executing creative projects, particularly web-based learning modules and long-form print materials, that simplify complex information and enhance learning experiences. The ideal candidate has experience with authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe InDesign, along with the ability to create and edit custom graphics to support engaging, learner-focused content.

    Requirements

    What you’ll be responsible for:

    Web-Based Learning Content Development

     

    + Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) to support digital technical training.

    + Apply instructional best practices to create clear, engaging, and easy-to-use learning experiences.

    + Optimize layouts and interactivity across digital platforms.

     

    Print & Layout Development

     

    + Use Adobe InDesign to design and edit long-format print materials, including technical training guides and manuals.

    + Ensure layout clarity, readability, and brand consistency across printed assets.

    + Update and adapt existing materials based on evolving content needs.

     

    Multimedia & Graphics

     

    + Create and edit supporting visuals such as graphics, infographics, charts, icons, and screen mockups.

    + Perform light photo and video editing to enhance training content.

    + Maintain visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

     

    Project Execution

     

    + Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather requirements and align on content goals.

    + Manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines across mediums.

    + Incorporate stakeholder feedback and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.

    The skills and experience you should have:

    Experience:

    + 3–5 years of experience in instructional media production, graphic design, or eLearning content development.

    + Demonstrated experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Adobe InDesign is required.

    + Portfolio showing examples of instructional materials, technical content, or blended learning content.

    Technical skills:

    Proficiency in:

    + Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise)

    + Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects or Premiere is a plus)

    + Basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere, etc.)

     

    Soft Skills

     

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.

    + Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.

    + Creative thinker who can bring complex ideas to life visually.

    It's a plus if you have:

    + Automotive industry experience or interest.

    + Understanding of instructional design frameworks like ADDIE or SAM.

    + Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

    + Knowledge of LMS platforms is helpful but not required—a dedicated LMS team is in place.
