    Job Site Safety Coordinator

     

    Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Job Site Safety Coordinators for data center projects in the Fayetteville area. The pay range is $25-30 per hour based on experience. All safety coordinators are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for dedicated professionals to add to our team of skilled, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

    Ultimate Job Duties

    + Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on job sites to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

    + Develop and implement safety plans and procedures specific to data center construction projects

    + Train and educate workers on safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and hazard recognition

    + Investigate incidents and near-misses, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions

    + Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations, including electrical and construction safety standards

    + Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to address safety concerns promptly

    + Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, and compliance documentation

    + Use ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment as needed to access work areas for inspections

     

    Ultimate Job Requirements

     

    + 5+ years of experience in construction safety coordination, preferably in data center projects

    + Appropriate PPE (hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

    + Must have basic tools for safety inspections (e.g., clipboard, measuring devices, safety monitoring equipment)

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

    + Knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical safety standards

    + Drug Test Required
