Ferguson is currently seeking an individual to fill an immediate need for a Sales Support Representative.

Schedule: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

+ Responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above and beyond to address all needs.

+ Maintaining customer records by logging and retaining accurate and detailed information in Salesforce.com (CRM).

+ Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers

+ All applicants must be highly detail oriented and have outstanding interpersonal skills.

+ Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests.

Qualifications

A successful associate will be results oriented, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment, in addition to having the following:

+ 0-3 years proven experience preferred.

+ Showroom product knowledge preferred

+ Team player with a positive attitude

+ Communicates well both written and verbally.

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Organization and time management skills

+ Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments
